Orders & Processing

All items are made to order unless stated otherwise. Processing times vary and are listed on each product page. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled after production has started.

Shipping

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error on our part.
