Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this time, cancellations are not guaranteed as orders are processed quickly.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our return policy after delivery.

Custom, made-to-order, and pre-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
